Responsibilities

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive individual to join our team in a role focused on the production of regular and ad-hoc financial reporting and management information to support the business's needs. The successful candidate will assist in the preparation of month-end accounts, ensuring timely reporting to meet deadlines. A key responsibility will be supporting the analysis of revenue and sales commission costs, contributing to accurate and insightful financial reporting. Key Tasks:

•    Assisting in the production of month-end revenue.

•    Production of revenue related balance sheet reconciliations and supporting schedules.

•    Administration of the Mid-Market commission scheme, including commission calculation, maintenance of the commission model and resolution of queries.

•    Support with annual budgeting and periodic forecasting.

•    Monthly reporting.

•    Ad-hoc analysis.

Qualifications
  • AAT fully/part qualified desirable but not essential
  • Experience of working in a Finance role desirable
  • Working knowledge of a finance system desirable
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Excel
  • Strong numerical skills
  • Good interpersonal & communication skills
  • Good organisation skills and ability to manage time efficiently, prioritising workload to achieve targets
  • Good attention to detail
  • Able to express ideas orally and written effectively, with respect for others
  • Able to ensure stakeholders are receiving relevant and timely data
