We are looking for a talented and motivated Data Processor to join our growing company and be a key driver of Sustainable Energy First's success. This is an exciting opportunity to join an established and successful company and become part of the team to help businesses on their sustainability journey

This would suit someone with previous data entry experience and who is willing to learn about the energy industry. We’d expect you to have great attention to detail, be numerate, have strong excel skills, initiative, and be quick and enthusiastic to learn new skills, Sustainable Energy First's processes and all about the dynamic industry of energy.

The role

Being analytical and highly numerate goes without saying for this Energy Procurement Specialist role; you will have strong quantitative skills, be able to develop your own thoughtful opinions and have an exceptional ability to communicate your findings to an audience, verbally and written.

Our ideal candidate

  • To process EDI files, Ebills and manual energy invoices.
  • Provide supporting information to the Head of Data Processing, in ensuring accurate and timely data across the business.
  • Provide a Data processing service in line with Sustainable Energy First and customer contract and Sustainable Energy First’s quality policy and objectives
  • Accurately import Ebills and EDI files into the system on first attempt
  • Accurately enter manual invoices into the system
  • To accurately maintain an accurate suite of translators for all EDI and Ebills
