The role

  • Understand the clients' requirements and SE First's contractual obligation to the client
  • Provide a data management service in line with the SE First contract
  • Liaison with suppliers and data collectors to obtain missing half hourly data
  • Liaison with suppliers to obtain Meter Operator and Data Collector's information
  • Liaison with Meter Operator and Data Collector to obtain contractual information
  • Process and manage HHD in line with the SE First contract
  • Support in half hourly data completeness
  • Support in MOP and DCDA COTs
  • Support Registrations and objections

Our ideal candidate

It's essential that you are able to manage a fast-paced work environment and can adapt quickly when an account needs specific attention to avoid any disconnections. Being able to prioritise and organise your work is of the upmost priority.

We're looking for someone who enjoys working with data and systems has an excellent eye for detail and is passionate about process efficiencies, with great people liaison skills as we'll expect you to build good relationships with energy suppliers. You need to be technically minded, good at Excel and someone who takes a pride in their work, seeing a job done accurately and efficiently whilst being a great team player.

Ideally, you'll be in the energy industry already, with bags of enthusiasm and a good base of industry knowledge. Being good with people, numerate and able to learn new systems and processes quickly goes without saying.

Minimum requirement

GCSE English & Maths level 4 or grade C and above

At least one year's experience within the energy industry is preferable but not essential as all training will be provided.
