The role
We're looking for someone who has excellent energy knowledge and technical credibility. The ability to confidently solve problems and build confidence in others. A strong communicator with excellent people management skills, planning and presentation skills.
- Own and be responsible for a small number of key accounts, carry out the client energy analyst role across the allocated accounts, ensuring the clients receive the best validation services in line with their SEFirst contracts.
- To fully understand SEFirst’s contract obligations and that these are being met by the analysts.
- Maintain and seek to continuously improve the information flow between data management and validations to allow analysts to carry out a validation service.
- Manage and motivate a team of Validation Analysts to ensure the contractual services are being met within agreed SLAs and a quality validation service is delivered, in line with SEFirst’s quality policy and objectives.
- Ensure queries are progressed with full handover by the Validation Analysts to the Query team
- Ensure the client receives the appropriate reporting of the highest quality, via the team ensuring all reporting obligations are met.
- Ensure client accounts are managed to the highest standard of service.
- Liaise and collaborate with SAMs on the customer journey where appropriate ensuring a first-class delivery of a client focused service.
- Support the Team by providing meaningful 121s, assessing training requirements, career development and checking in on employee well-being.
- Challenge under performance and management of performance improvement plans where necessary.
- Support, encourage and motivate analysts to provide excellent service to the client.
Our ideal candidate
This is a player manager role, responsible for managing and motivating the team and themselves to deliver the accurate and timely validation and ongoing analysis of energy invoices enabling the identification of share of savings recommendations in line with the SEFirst contract. To balance resource and revenue and understand the profitability of clients while still maintaining an outstanding customer experience. You will manage a team of Payments & Disconnection Analysts to ensure continuation of energy supply to SEFirst clients.
