Marketing Communications Specialist

Sustainable Energy First are looking for a Creative Communications Specialist to develop, implement, track, and optimise our digital footprint and content design for prospect/client engagement journeys. Managing various channels, (social media, website, content design), the candidate will play a key role in promoting a positive brand image in line with our core values and control the dissemination of information both internally and externally. The role is ideal for a highly creative digital marketer that has a detailed understanding of website and graphic design.

The role

  • Build digital assets (landing pages, forms) and co-ordinate the flow of data within Pardot to align with our sales lifecycle and campaign engagement targets.
  • Convey complex messages and data to clients, prospects, employees, and stakeholders through creative reports, content, and data design.
  • Suite of website design, management, maintenance, and data reporting, including Word Press, SEO and PPC.
  • Brand consistency, ensuring corporate guidelines are followed and material reflects.
  • Support the marketing function as a whole.
  • Promote a consistent brand message in line with corporate guidelines throughout the business
  • Creation of internal and external marketing collateral (guides, reports, case studies, artwork)
  • Creative designer on all marketing assets, including lead generation/CRM assets and websites to align with the strategy outlined by the business engagement manager
  • Artwork and documentation for campaigns, projects, and sales support assets
  • Responsible for our online presence, including websites, PR, and social media
  • Champion of best practice internal and external communications, in collaboration with key stakeholders
  • Provide accurate and timely analytical reports on prospect/client engagement, marketing activity, identifying key themes and trends
  • Website design, development, and SEO.

Our ideal candidate

  • A sound knowledge and understanding of a B2B industry, branding, and marketing techniques.
  • Accomplished level of graphic and website design skills.
  • Proficient knowledge of Pardot
  • Technical credibility, initiative, creativity, and the ability to manage and lead projects from inception through to completion.
  • Problem solving mindset, ability to work independently and in collaboration with others.
  • Ability to manage upwards and influence others.
  • Ability to communicate effectively and articulate analysis findings and solutions knowledgeably and credibly.
