We are looking for a talented and experienced Supplier Relationship Analyst to join our growing company and be a key driver in Sustainable Energy First reaching it's goals. This is a crucial role as you’ll be working with Suppliers to ensure we have invoices available for our Clients. The role can be a remote WFH or hybrid, or fully office based, depending on where you are based and how you prefer to work.

The role

  • Understand the clients’ requirements and Sustainable Energy First's contractual obligation to the client.
  • Provide a query management service in line with the Sustainable Energy First contract.
  • Liaison with suppliers to resolve client invoicing errors.
  • Progress and manage queries with the suppliers in line with the Sustainable Energy First
    contract.
  • Management of supplier relationships.
  • Hold KPI and regular calls/meetings with suppliers.
  • Support in identifying additional savings opportunities for a client.
  • Reporting such as Query/Saving reports, KPI Reports.
  • Support escalation of change of tenancies.
  • Support registrations and objections.
  • Support in invoice data completeness.
  • Support to increase in electronic data.

Our ideal candidate

Excellent analytical and numerical experience within an analyst role in the energy industry.

Highly professional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to communicate effectively and articulate analysis findings and solutions knowledgeably and credibly.

Inquisitive mindset, with a strong desire to understand the energy industry and the impact this has on Sustainable Energy First clients.

A team player who always acts with integrity and respect, working with other internal teams to ensure key activity is completed to allow an effective and valuable analysis to be carried out.

Conscientious approach to maintaining strong working relationships with clients, suppliers, and all Sustainable Energy First internal teams.
