We are looking for a talented and experienced Supplier Relationship Analyst to join our growing company and be a key driver in Sustainable Energy First reaching it's goals. This is a crucial role as you’ll be working with Suppliers to ensure we have invoices available for our Clients. The role can be a remote WFH or hybrid, or fully office based, depending on where you are based and how you prefer to work.

The role
Reporting into the Head of Supplier Relationships you’ll be part of the Team contributing to a quality service delivery to our Clients
Understand the clients requirements and SEFirst's contractual obligation to the client
to focus on the essential area of invoice completeness
Provide a data management service in line with the SE First contract
Liaison with suppliers to obtain missing invoices
Support in invoice data completeness
Downloading invoices from supplier's portals
Support to increase in electronic data
Our ideal candidate
Excellent Data analysis experience within a similar role
Passionate about sustainability.
Ability to manage multiple workflows and appreciate the bigger picture when working with clients.
Highly professional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to communicate effectively and articulate analysis findings and solutions knowledgeably and credibly.
Inquisitive mindset, with a strong desire to understand the energy industry and the impact this has on Sustainable Energy First clients.
A team player who always acts with integrity and respect, working with other internal teams to ensure key activity is completed to allow an effective and valuable analysis to be carried out.
Conscientious approach to maintaining strong working relationships with clients, suppliers, and all Sustainable Energy First internal teams.
