We are looking for a talented and motivated Data Processing Co-Ordinator to join our growing company and be a key driver of Sustainable Energy First's success. This would suit someone with previous data entry experience and who is willing to learn about the energy industry. We’d expect you to have great attention to detail, be numerate, have strong excel skills, initiative, and be quick and enthusiastic to learn new skills, Sustainable Energy First's processes and all about the dynamic industry of energy.
The role
- To process EDI files, Ebills and manual energy invoices.
- Provide supporting information to the head of data processing, in ensuring accurate and timely data across the business.
- Provide a data processing service in line with Sustainable Energy First and customer contract and Sustainable Energy First’s quality policy and objectives
- Accurately import Ebills and EDI files into the system on first attempt
- Accurately enter manual invoices into the system
- To accurately maintain an accurate suite of translators for all EDI and Ebills
Our ideal candidate
Data at Sustainable Energy First is crucial to our business and our data team is the powerhouse to our excellent service delivery to our customers; without quality data, our engine stops. We're looking for someone who enjoys working with data and systems, has an excellent eye for detail and is passionate about process efficiencies, with great people liaison skills as we'll expect you to build good relationships with energy suppliers. You need to be technically minded, good at Excel and be able to work independently. Energy industry knowledge would be huge advantage although not essential as full training will be provided, however previous experience working with data is essential in applying for this role.
