Responsibilities

As a Database Specialist, you will play a crucial role in onboarding customers and managing existing customers portfolios.  You will help populate the system with adhoc data required by various teams. This helps to ensure accurate and high-quality data is readily available to our customers via fusion and we are proactively capturing any data discrepancies when analysing the portfolio.

You will work closely with various other departments and customers to ensure we maintain high-level of communication and efficiency in processing the information we have received and the work you do, will have a direct impact on the overall portfolio quality that facilitates the organisation achieving our business objectives and exceeding our clients’ expectations.

Qualifications
  • The ability to adapt to evolving business needs is a must as is the need to resolve any issues promptly
  • Ensure accuracy in site list data and identify discrepancies
  • Basic IT skills required including Excel
  • Communicate effectively with suppliers and internal teams to resolve discrepancies and ensure smooth operations
  • Good time management
